REPUBLIC DAY ASSEMBLY

India won its freedom on 15th August, 1947 and became a Republic on 25th January of 1950. The new constitution of free India came into force with effect from this day. It is a national rejoicing and a red letter day in our country. The day was celebrated in our campus with great enthusiasm.

The students of KGII A took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity. The assembly commenced with narrating the significance of Republic Day and how it came into being. Students took us to the patriotic ride by their stunning parade with the background song Kadam kadam badaeyaga. The rich culture and diversity of our country was showcased through a dance performance by the students which left the audience spellbound.

The students exhibited a vibrant assembly trained by their class teacher Ms Charu Osahan. The Spirit of freedom and patriotism was evident throughout the session under the able guidance of our Pre - Primary Vice Principal Ms Prema George

Indian School Muscat, Principal Dr Rajeev Kumar Chauhan valued the assembly and wished everyone Jai Hind! Kudos! KGII A.
