The ISM Gavel Clubs conducted the Office Bearer's Induction Ceremony on Saturday, October 26, 2024. This event marked the formal induction of the new office bearers who will navigate the Gavel Clubs, fostering communication and leadership skills among its members in the session 2024-25.

This also marked the transition of leadership roles within the clubs and also provided an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of the outgoing team while welcoming the incoming office bearers.

This auspicious occasion was presided by the honourable Chief Guest DTM Praveen Panicker. The presence of the Principal, Mr Rakesh Joshi, Senior Vice-Principal, Mr Saji S Nair, Vice-Principals, Assistant Vice-Principals, parents and enthusiastic Gavel Club members, illuminated the event.

In his address, the honourable Chief Guest, DTM Praveen Panicker emphasized on the importance of effective communication and leadership skills in personal and professional growth. He further emphasized on effective utilization of time for developing public speaking, professional advancement and personal growth through active participation. Principal, Mr Rakesh Joshi, in his address, reiterated the importance of being consistent and active in the Gavel Club.

The highlight of the event was the formal installation of the new office bearers. With great dignity, each incoming office bearer took the oath of office, pledging their commitment to uphold the values and mission of the Gavel Club. This symbolized the transfer of responsibility and leadership. The solemn oath to the new offices was administered by Area 22 Director TM Veena Suresh.

The ISM Gavel Clubs Office Bearers’ Installation Ceremony at Indian School Muscat was a resounding success. It is now poised for a successful year under the leadership of its newly installed office bearers.
