ISM EXEMPLIFIES ACADEMIC BRILLANCE IN CBSE CLASS X RESULTS
The students of Indian School Muscat have once again made their school proud by securing cent percent result in Class X CBSE Board Examination for the year 2015-16. A total of 547 students appeared for the examination and have displayed a sterling performance. It is indeed an incredible achievement this year as 121 students have brilliantly secured a perfect 10 CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) and the school is delighted to acclaim the names of the toppers:
Indian School Muscat proudly approbates the phenomenal rise in its subject toppers as well. A magnificent number of 233 students have scored A1 in English, followed by 213 students getting the A1grade in Social Science, 200 students secured A1 in Mathematics while 191 students have got A1 in Science. The School said that overall 217 students scored A1 in Hindi, French, Malayalam, and Arabic.
The Management, Principal Mr. Srinivas K. Naidu, Vice Principal, Senior Section, Mr. Deep Wilson, Assistant Vice Principal, Mrs. Geeta Chauhan and the staff congratulated the students for their brilliance, hard work and high standards of performance. ISM SOARS HIGH IN CBSE-AISSCE (XII) 2014-2015
Indian School Muscat endorsed yet another delightful day of academic achievement. Out of 470 students who appeared in the CBSE-All India Senior School Certificate Examinations (AISSCE) held in March/April 2015, 101students secured above 90 %. The school’s vow to stand out incomparable in academics, echoed in this year’s sparkling results.
In Science Stream, Krishna Caitanya Ananthanarayana scoring an aggregate of 97.2 % and topped the school. The Second position was shared by three students and they are –T. Sriramkumar, Dhyey Rikin Shah and Yameena Naqvi scoring 96.0% and two students shared the third position – Upasana Sanyal and Jessina Cherry Kolady scoring 95.8%.
In Commerce Stream Anju Vijayaraghavan scored 96.8 % and stood first in the stream. Zahabiya Juzer Halela scored 96.4% and stood second and Ekta Dubey scored 96% securing the third position. In Humanities Stream Diya Hitesh Sanghani scored 96.2 % and stood first; and Suchira Sunil Prabhakar scored 94.6 % stood second and Angelica P. Christopher who scored 94.4 % secured third position.
In Sculpture six students did exceedingly well scoring full 100 % whereas in Engineering Graphics, Mathematics and in Informatics Practices one student each secured 100 %. Three students scored 99% in Chemistry and in Physics one student scored 98% and stood first. Top scorer in English scored 98 % marks. Two students bagged 99% in Computer Science and in Biology two students excelled with 98% marks. In Accountancy two students scored 99% and in Economics one student scored 99%. In Sociology two students scored 99 % whereas in Psychology one student scored 99% and in Business Studies three students scored 99% marks. In Entrepreneurship two students outshone others with 90% marks. In Physical Education scoring 78 % one student stood first.

ISM GRABS MAGNIFICENT RESULTS IN CBSE (X) 2014-15
The exhilaration of accomplishment exuded at ISM as students paced vividly all along the road to triumph. All 544 students who appeared for the class X CBSE Examinations March 2015 were all ecstatic, grabbing 100% success. Indian School Muscat embossed a superior position with 68 students roping in the immaculate CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) score of 10 out of 10 with all A1 grades in all the five subjects. Out of 544 students who appeared 120 students scored A1 in English, 122 students scored A1 in Science,106 students scored A1 in Mathematics, 136 students scored A1 in Social Science, 82 students out of 223 scored A1 in Hindi,
55 students out of 184 scored A1 in French, 11 students out of 48 scored A1 in Arabic and 32 students out of 89 scored A1 in Malayalam.

CBSE XII HIGH FLIERS AT ISM (2013 -2014)
Indian School Muscat witnessed yet another euphoric day of academic accomplishment. Out of 430 students who appeared in the CBSE-All India Senior School Certificate Examinations (AISSCE) held in March/April 2014, 102 students established above 90 % in Class XII examinations.

In Science stream Tanvi Gupta scored an aggregate of 97.4% and topped the school. Three students in the second position Heethesh Vhavle Naresh, Rohan Chetan Thanki and Prajith Sampath scored 97.2% and two students in the third position Kartik Yatin Juwekar and Malhar Jajoo scored 97% in Science stream.
In Commerce Stream Lakshaya Soin and Shahama Abul Kalam scored 95.6 % and stood first in the stream. Akshara Venkatagiri scored 95.4% and stood second and Kruti Bipin Shah scored 95.2% and secured the third position.
In Humanities Stream Shreya Shreeraman scored 91% and stood first; Sangeetha Mahadevan and Sheryl Bettina Sudakar scored 90.6% stood second and Ramona Zena Jovita Fernandes who scored 86.8 % secured third position.
Five students stood first in English scoring 97%marks, two students got full 100% in Mathematics and one in Chemistry; one student got 99% in Physics, two students bagged 99% in Computer Science while 10 students secured 99 % in Engineering Graphics. In Biology nine students excelled with 95% marks and in Informatics Practices three students shone brightly with 95 %. One student each got 98% in Economics and Psychology. In Accountancy and Business Studies one student each scored 99% marks. In Entrepreneurship one student outshone others with 95% marks. One student each with 99%, 86% and 69% did well in Sociology, Sculpture and Physical Education respectively.

CLASS X BOARD EXAMINATION RESULTS – 2013
The exuberance of victory and cheer radiated all over the school premises as ISM students trod brilliantly over the road to success. 506 students who appeared for the class X CBSE Examinations 2013 were all exhilarated, bagging 100% success.
ISM carved a splendid niche with 72 students making perfect GPA (Grade Point Average) score of 10 out of 10 with all A1 grades in all the five subjects. The Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) proved explicitly beneficial and effective. Students and parents were in all praises for the grading system that has made sustaining impact in the results this year.
Subject-wise performances are as follows:- Out of 506 students 123 scored A1 in English, 129 A1 in Science, 122 A1 in Mathematics, 125 A1 in Social Science, 63 A1 out of 243 in Hindi, 42 A1 out of 163 in French, 17 A1 out of 32 in Arabic and 29 A1 out of 67 in Malayalam.

Euphoric and Spectacular CBSE toppers at ISM
ISM and its all-hailed parents, exult on the day of triumph. 428 students of ISM, being the largest contingent of examinees among all Indian schools in the Sultanate of Oman, who appeared in the CBSE All India Senior School Certificate Examinations held in March/April 2013, produced incomparable results ever.
A good number of students celebrated with full 100 scores. The overall toppers, full 100 marks scorers in various subjects and all others who made the school and parents proud by giving excellent results, established that there is no substitute for perseverance and hard work. The school’s commitment to excel in academics got reflected in the excellent performance of students.
ISM has received the best Oman results in all three streams, Science, Commerce and Humanities streams with a large number of highest scores in the subjects as well as the number of distinction holders in all the three streams.
I am happy to inform you that 181 students stood first in English scoring 95 marks, 2 students got full 100% in Chemistry and one in Psychology; 2 students got 99% in Mathematics and Computer Science, one each in Engineering Graphics, Economics and Biology; 4 students got 98% in Business Studies,2 in Sculpture and 1 in Physics;1 student got 97% in Accountancy; 2 students got 95% in Sociology and 1 in Painting; 2 students got 94% in Informatics Practices and 1 in Entrepreneurship; one student got 80% in Physical Education.
The enthralling results and resounding performance is mainly due to the diligence and deep commitments of students and their family support and tireless efforts of teachers to make even the weakest students to score in full measures.
